Doug lost 130 lbs!

The most fun part about this has been on five separate occasions good friends that I had not seen in over a year didn't recognize me!

One day I had just taken my dad to his doctor's appointment and was helping him into his car from his wheelchair. Don Miller approached me to help and asked about my father's health. I am so much healthier after losing weight! I am actually getting eight hours of awesome sleep every night and wake up rested. My weight-related cholesterol is down from over 250 to under 160, and because I lost the weight, even my blood pressure is right at normal. I have better balance, better endurance, and I can tie my shoes and breathe at the same time!

We're Health Coaches now, and look at it as a calling to 'pay it forward.' We didn't have to look hard for Clients; so many people came up to us and asked what we were doing to get healthy.
