Medifast will issue a refund of the purchase price on any boxes postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are available on consumable products and blenders, only; all shipping charges are non-refundable. “Free” products received as part of a promotional offer and Last Chance! items are yours to keep, and do not qualify for either a refund or a credit if returned. Credits will be issued only to the account used for the original purchase. You must return the empty boxes to qualify for a refund. Only one refund may be requested per customer per shipment. Once we receive your return, please allow up to four weeks for processing. Refunds will be applied within 14 days after your return is processed but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return product. All returns require a Return Authorization Number, which can be obtained from a member of our Customer Service Team at 866-451-9264.
If you are unsatisfied with your Fitbit purchase for any reason, you have 45 days from the purchase date to return it and request a full refund, less Shipping and Handling. You are responsible for return shipping. If you experience a technical issue with your Fitbit, please contact Fitbit at http://contact.fitbit.com.
If you are not satisfied with a consumable product you purchased from Medifast, you may exchange it for another product of the same value. Your exchange must be postmarked within 30 days from the date you received it. To qualify for an exchange, no more than two meals may be missing from a box. You may exchange up to 10 boxes per order. Supplements, Last Chance!, and non-consumable products are ineligible for exchange. All exchanges require a Return Authorization Number, which can be obtained from a member of our Customer Service Team at 866-451-9264.
If you refuse your shipment, $15 will be deducted from your refund.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages en route to us.
