Getting Started

Register to become a Health Coach by purchasing an Application Pak ($99) or a Career Builder's Pak ($299). The Application Pak contains everything you’§Åll need to get started in your Take Shape For Life business, including business-building tools, marketing materials, order forms and more. The Career Builder's Pak (for serious business builders) contains additional tools to give a new Health Coach a faster start in his or her business. Those who purchase the Career Builder's Pak are called Fast-Track Health Coaches.

Once registered (and with the support of your sponsor) you can immediately begin to recommend Take Shape For Life products to others. You’§Åll have 30 days to complete the Basic Competency Exam developed by The Health Institute. This exam is mandatory, as all Health Coaches need to have a good understanding of the products they are recommending to clients. The exam is a simple open-book quiz that can be taken either online or by hard copy.

As a Health Coach, you will earn commissions of:

15% of the dollar amount purchased by personally acquired clients
15% of the dollar amount purchased by your personally sponsored Health Coaches

As a Fast-Track Health Coach, you will earn commissions of:

20% of the dollar amount purchased by clients
20% of the dollar amount purchased by your personally sponsored Health Coaches

There are no further requirements for additional courses or examinations. However, Health Coaches who wish to open additional channels to earn through Take Shape For Life by increasing their knowledge can do so by taking the Health Coach Certification Course developed exclusively for Take Shape For Life by The Health Institute.
